About Standard 10 solutions

Standard 10 ends with the SSC board examination of the Maharashtra State Board. So the answers here are clear, exact and easy to revise. Maths has two books, Algebra and Geometry. Science also has two books. Part 1 is mainly physics and chemistry. Part 2 is mainly biology and the environment. We show every step and keep the textbook's terms.

Subjects in Standard 10

  • English – 24 lessons in four units, from Tagore's Where the Mind is Without Fear to The Gift of the Magi.
  • Marathi – 16 lessons in four parts, with four supplementary readings (स्थूलवाचन), रसग्रहण and applied writing (उपयोजित लेखन).
  • Hindi – 22 lessons in two units, with a composition section (रचना विभाग).
  • Algebra (Maths Part 1) – 6 chapters: linear equations, quadratic equations, arithmetic progression, financial planning, probability and statistics.
  • Geometry (Maths Part 2) – 7 chapters: similarity, Pythagoras theorem, circle, constructions, co-ordinate geometry, trigonometry and mensuration.
  • Science and Technology Part 1 – 10 chapters, from gravitation to space missions.
  • Science and Technology Part 2 – 10 chapters, from heredity and evolution to disaster management.
  • History & Political Science – 9 History chapters and 5 Political Science chapters.
  • Geography – 9 chapters, from field visit to tourism, transport and communication.
